About Wendy Levinson

My path to business owner was far from traditional.  Personal hardships early in life resulted in legal emancipation at age 17, and by age 19, I was a mom, raising my daughter.  I refused to allow my circumstances to define my future, earned my GED at age 25 and enrolled at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree and honors in my English minor by age 30.  Completing college while working and raising my daughter remains one of my proudest accomplishments, and her sitting proudly in the audience on graduation day at Madison Square Garden is a memory I’ll cherish forever.

After graduating college, I decided to “get healthy,” and underwent gastric-bypass surgery, as I’d tried everything under the sun to lose weight and believed this surgery to be my saving grace.  I went under the knife in October 2001, and complications from the surgery soon followed, making me a prisoner in my own body (and the hospital) for over 2 decades.  After countless surgeries and other nightmarish complications, I was blessed to meet a surgeon in 2022 who gave me another chance to have both a life and a career.

With renewed strength came renewed purpose and gave me a desire to help others navigate difficult moments with confidence and peace of mind.  Families coping with the loss of a loved one are often overwhelmed by the unfamiliar statutes, procedures, and requirements of the Surrogate’s Court.  Likewise, attorneys whose practices focus on personal injury, medical malpractice, or other areas of civil litigation may unexpectedly find themselves navigating a highly specialized area of law outside their usual practice.  This is where Surrogate’s Court Solutions, LLC comes in.  My goal is to provide accurate document preparation and knowledgeable procedural assistance, helping attorneys and members of the public navigate the Surrogate’s Court efficiently, professionally, and cost-effectively without sacrificing quality or personal service.

I believe I have an opportunity to provide knowledgeable, professional document preparation and procedural assistance to assist attorneys and members of the public navigate Surrogate’s Court with document preparation and procedural support involving probate, administration, guardianships, settlement collection, and other specialized Surrogate’s Court applications.  Whether assisting an attorney with a complex filing or helping a family through one of life’s most difficult moments, my commitment remains the same: to provide exceptional service, genuine compassion, and peace of mind every step of the way.

My life has been shaped by perseverance, resilience, and an unwavering belief that even life’s greatest challenges can become opportunities to help others.  That belief is what endured me to create Surrogate’s Court Solutions, LLC and reinforces my belief knowledge empowers people, compassion matters, and perseverance can transform even the most difficult circumstances into something meaningful.

Experience. Value. Peace of Mind.
